Tyler Farrar Takes Stage One in Telluride

Even in this bad iPhone video you can get a feel for how fast the peleton whooshes past, carried by its mass and momentum. The USA Pro Cycling Challenge had the same effect on Telluride—after months of planning, the stage came through town at a dizzying pace, offering just a quick but very exciting glimpse at the world of professional cycling.
Tyler Farrar (Garmin-Sharp-Barracuda) sprinted aross the finish line first. In second place was Alessandro Bazzana (Team Type 1-Sanofi), and Damiano Caruso (Liquigas-Cannondale) crossed third.
